Inspecting Your Order
- Check Everything Upon Arrival: Please inspect all merchandise as soon as it arrives.
- Damaged Shipments - IMPORTANT: Any damage to packaging or shipments MUST be noted with the delivering carrier at the time of delivery whenever possible. This is required for truck freight deliveries.
- Document Everything: Note damage on the delivery receipt before signing, and photograph any damage immediately.
- Report Promptly: After noting damage with the carrier, contact us right away so we can assist with your claim.
Return Guidelines
- Case-by-Case Evaluation: We review each return request individually to ensure fairness.
- Return Material Authorization Required: All returns must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Without it, we cannot process your refund.

Condition Requirements: Items must be:
- Unused and never installed
- Clean and unmarked
- In original packaging
- 15% Restocking Fee: Applies to all returns unless we've agreed otherwise in advance.
Items We Cannot Accept for Return
- International/Airfreight Orders: These are non-refundable for any reason. No exceptions.
- Special Orders: Custom or specially ordered items cannot be returned.
- Electrical Components: Due to their nature, we cannot accept returns on electrical parts.
- Incorrectly Ordered Parts: If you order by part number only without verifying fit, we cannot refund freight costs.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us First: Call or email to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack Carefully: Items damaged from improper packing will not receive credit.
- Ship Prepaid: All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Important: We will refuse any shipments sent freight collect.
Core Returns & Refunds
- Get Authorization First: Call us to set up your core return properly. Do not send cores without authorization.
- RMA Required: All core returns need a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
- Shipping Costs: Unauthorized cores sent freight collect will be refused, or shipping charges will be deducted from your core refund.
- Processing Time: Core credit is issued once we receive credit from the manufacturer. Allow up to 30 days for processing.
- Core Criteria: All cores are subject to manufacturer criteria unless otherwise stated.

- Part Verification: Some catalog parts require additional information for proper fit. Please verify before ordering.
- Return Timeframe: Contact us as soon as possible if you need to return an item.
- Refund Method: Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method.
